Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “General Terms”) define the conditions of access to and use of the BeMOGA platform, accessible in particular at:

(hereinafter the “Platform”).

The Platform provides several digital services dedicated to the equestrian sector.

Some services are governed by Specific Terms of Use (hereinafter “Specific Terms”), which supplement these General Terms.

In case of conflict, the Specific Terms shall prevail for the service concerned.


List of Specific Terms by Service

The following services may have dedicated Specific Terms:

BeMOGA reserves the right to add new services subject to Specific Terms.


Article 2 – Publisher Identification

The Platform is published by:

BeMOGA Association

French non-profit organization (Association loi 1901)

(hereinafter “BeMOGA”)


Article 3 – Definitions

User: Any person using the Platform, whether or not they have an account.

Rider: User using the Platform to access equestrian-related services.

Organizer: Legal or natural person organizing events through or via the Platform.

Instructor: Equestrian professional offering teaching services through the Platform.

Platform: All digital services offered by BeMOGA.


Article 4 – Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of:

  • These General Terms
  • The Specific Terms applicable to the service used (if any)

Acceptance may be expressed through:

  • Account creation
  • Use of a service
  • Validation of a consent checkbox

Article 5 – Platform Access and User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

Some services require account creation.

Required information may include:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Valid email address

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.


5.2 Account Suspension or Deletion

BeMOGA reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:

  • Breach of the Terms
  • Fraudulent use
  • Behavior harmful to the Platform or its users

Article 6 – General Description of Services

The Platform may provide:

  • Competition entry management tools
  • Matching and connection services
  • Alert and notification services
  • Services related to FFE licenses and insurance
  • Any digital service related to equestrian practice

Detailed rules are defined in the applicable Specific Terms.


Article 7 – Role of BeMOGA

BeMOGA mainly acts as:

  • Technical platform publisher
  • Technical intermediary between users

BeMOGA is not, unless explicitly stated:

  • Competition organizer
  • Employer of instructors
  • Insurance provider
  • Sports federation authority

Article 8 – Payments

Some services may require payment.

Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers (Stripe, Monetico, etc.).

Detailed payment terms are specified in the applicable Specific Terms and/or Terms of Sale.


Article 9 – Liability

BeMOGA implements reasonable measures to ensure proper operation of the Platform.

BeMOGA shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by event organizers
  • Event cancellations or modifications
  • Relationships between users
  • Damages occurring during equestrian activities

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • Applicable data protection regulations
  • BeMOGA Privacy Policy

Some data may be shared with organizers or partners when necessary to provide the service.


Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All Platform content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.


Article 12 – Modification of the Terms

BeMOGA may modify these Terms at any time.

Users will be informed in case of significant changes.


Article 13 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
