Some TREC, Pony-Games or other team-discipline categories are handled by email with BeMOGA assistance.

Enter online in 4 steps
For individual Club and Pony competitions, the tool lets you manage the full entry process yourself, through payment.
Open your BeMOGA account
Go to the client area, FFE Entries section, then launch the entry assistant.
Open the entry assistantFind the competition
Search for the competition, then select the Club/Pony classes you want to enter.
FFE competition calendarEnter riders, horses and coach
Enter FFE rider license numbers and horse SIRE numbers.
Add the coach license number when the class or rider situation requires it.
Pay, then automatic validation
You pay directly online. Once payment is confirmed, the entry is submitted and validated on the FFE side.

For some TREC, Pony-Games, etc. categories, entry is handled by email: send riders, horses, class, coach and team information.

Amateur/Pro entries on FFECompet are handled by email. Send your request, then we will confirm payment and next steps.

Pricing
How much does an entry cost?
We use the FFE class fee and add about 2% to cover operating costs: card fees, processing and administrative follow-up.
Concrete example
A CSO entry listed at €20 on FFE costs €20.50 through BeMOGA.
For two €20 entries, the total is €40.80: fees are therefore degressive.
Pricing is the same whether you use the online assistant or request the entry by email.
Good to know
Deadlines & cancellations
Watch deadlines!
Competitions usually close entries on Monday before the event.
With the entry assistant, validate and pay your entry before FFE closing time.
Earlier is even better.
For email requests, send your request by Monday noon at the latest.
Email requests received after 5pm on closing day are unlikely to be processed in time.
Email response times
For requests sent to [email protected], we generally reply quickly.
On weekdays during daytime: response within 2 hours.
Weekends and public holidays: response within 6 hours.
These times are indicative: exceptions may happen depending on request volume or current constraints.
Cancellation?
Organizer cancels
You get a full refund once the organizer reports the cancellation to FFE.
Tell us the competition was cancelled, as FFE does not notify us automatically.
You cancel
Before cancellation deadline: refund possible, email us before 6pm.
After deadline: no refund possible, even for medical or veterinary reasons.

Your license
It must be up to date, with the medical section completed. Make sure you have required Galops for requested categories.

Your horse
It must be registered with FFE. Its owner (or guardian) must also have a valid license.

Your coach / guardian
If you have a coach, they must also hold a valid license to appear on your entry.
Minors must have a coach or an adult guardian (FFE rules).
After validation
Start times are usually published on Wednesday or Thursday before the competition, directly on the FFE competition page or organizer social channels.
If you cannot find the information or have an organization question, contact the organizer directly.
