Preamble
These Specific Terms of Use relating to the service Registrations for Competitions and Events Managed via BeMOGA (hereinafter the “Specific Terms”) supplement the General Terms of Use of the BeMOGA platform (hereinafter the “General Terms”), available at:

By using this service, the user acknowledges having read and accepted:
- The General Terms of Use of the Platform
- These Specific Terms of Use
In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these Specific Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail for this service.
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms govern:
- registrations for competitions
- registrations for training camps or equestrian stages
- reservations for additional services (stabling, paddocks, options, etc.)
offered via the BeMOGA platform.
Article 2 – Nature of the Service
Depending on the event, BeMOGA may act:
- either as the event organizer;
- or as a technical service provider acting on behalf of an organizer.
The exact role is specified on the event page.
Article 3 – Registration Process
Registration becomes effective only after:
- validation of the registration request by the user;
- full payment of the registration fees.
BeMOGA or the organizer reserves the right to refuse a registration in case of:
- incorrect or incomplete information;
- non-compliance with participation requirements;
- capacity limits being reached.
Article 4 – Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros.
Prices may include:
- sporting registration fees;
- management or service fees;
- additional services linked to the event.
Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon registration.
Payments may be made via:
- credit or debit card;
- secure third-party payment provider;
- bank transfer (if available).
Payments may be collected by BeMOGA:
- either on its own behalf;
- or on behalf of the event organizer.
Article 6 – Cancellation by the User
Cancellation terms depend on:
- the nature of the event;
- the specific rules defined for each event.
These conditions are specified on the event page.
Unless otherwise specified:
- cancellation requests must be sent before the indicated deadline;
- after this deadline, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Article 7 – Event Cancellation or Modification
In case of event cancellation:
Refunds are issued only after validation by the organizer or after official cancellation confirmation.
BeMOGA shall not be held liable for:
- cancellations outside its control;
- event postponement;
- program modifications.
Bank Fees and External Costs
In the event of a refund, BeMOGA is not required to reimburse:
- bank fees;
- payment processing fees;
- currency conversion fees;
- fees linked to payment methods used;
- any other external costs incurred by the user during payment or refund.
These costs remain the sole responsibility of the user.
Article 8 – Additional Services
Additional services (stabling, paddocks, etc.) are provided by the event organizer.
BeMOGA acts only as a technical booking intermediary.
Any dispute relating to these services must be handled directly with the organizer.
Article 9 – Liability
BeMOGA provides a technical platform for managing registrations.
BeMOGA shall not be held liable for:
- the organization or execution of events;
- sporting decisions;
- incidents occurring during the event;
- relationships between participants and organizers.
Article 10 – Insurance
BeMOGA does not provide insurance coverage.
Participants are responsible for:
- holding mandatory insurance;
- ensuring their liability coverage is valid.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Data required for event organization may be shared with:
- the event organizer;
- technical partners;
- relevant sports authorities when necessary.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
BeMOGA shall not be held liable in case of force majeure preventing event organization or service delivery.
Article 13 – Modification of the Terms
BeMOGA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Article 14 – Governing Law
These Specific Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
