About the event

THE 2 STABLES ARE INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS.

Included for each entry : 2 straw-bedded stables, access to the facilities (competition and camping) for riders and 2 supporters per rider.

Both riders also have access to 1 themed dinner, all evening parties, the Gala dinner and the Gala party.

For horses that cannot be stabled, a veterinary certificate will be required to install a paddock.

Acces for supporter is free

Prices :

730€ / pair.

Entry is only confirmed when payment is made in full.

HAY: 50 euros for a round and 6 euros for small box

Option to pay in 2 instalments:

You can choose to pay the full amount, or pay only a €250 deposit to reserve your entry.

Please note: in this case, the remaining balance must be paid before May 15th.

Entries for which the balance has not been paid by 15/05 will be forfeited and 100% non-refundable.

For deposit cancellation requests made before May 15th, a €40 fee will be retained.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation fees retained for cancellations requested before July 16th, regardless of the reason: €15.

No refunds will be issued after July 16th, 2026.

Cancellation fees retained for deposit cancellations requested before May 15th, regardless of the reason: €40.

Deposits not fully paid by May 15th will be forfeited and non-refundable.
