Registrations include a welcome gift, a complimentary photo at Justine’s booth, hay, stabling in a loose box with straw, the opening ceremony, a visit to the De Sutter brewery, a concert evening at the brewery, and access to the gala evening.

And because atmosphere matters just as much as competition, registrations also include a smile in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening 🍾

For individual entries, the registration fee is €500 per rider. This fee includes entry to the competition, access to the venue and campsite for up to four people, including the registered rider, who remains responsible for their accompanying guests. Hay and stabling in a loose box with straw are included. Electric hook-up is free for registrations completed before March 1st; after that date, an additional fee of €150 will apply.

The Senior category (Open 40+) is available at a registration fee of €150. This category runs over two sessions held on Monday and Tuesday, followed by a final on Wednesday evening as part of the All Stars. The registration includes competition entry, hay, and access to the venue for up to four accompanying persons, but does not include stabling.

For team entries, the registration fee is €2,900 per team. This covers six riders and access to the venue for up to ten people. Each team is responsible for its accompanying persons. Two electric hook-ups are included for all team registrations completed before March 1st.
